Founded in Australia in 2024, where our experienced science team continues to advance cultivation, processing and product innovation in partnership with leading Universities.

Our projects are developed in the Middle East, a region ideally suited to large-scale microalgae cultivation with access to land, sunlight and seawater at scale.

As we grow, our downstream sales and commercial presence is expanding through Southeast Asia, connecting our microalgae-derived ingredients with global customers across nutrition, cosmetics, wellness, and future bio-based markets.

Red Sea Coast Project

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — Project 1

Our first commercial-scale project is located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia — an optimal location for microalgae cultivation, with year-round sunlight, stable temperatures and direct access to seawater. Infrastructure is under development, with full commercial production expected in 2027 and an annual capacity exceeding 1,000 tonnes of biomass.

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Scheduled to commence in 2027 in Abu Dhabi, this site will use a covered cultivation system, designed to provide greater environmental control while supporting scalable microalgae production in the Gulf region.

Sultanate of Oman

Further expanding our Middle East cultivation platform, with its strong solar conditions, coastal access, and strategic location between Gulf, Asian, and European markets, Oman offers an attractive environment for scalable microalgae production.

Our Technology

Vertically integrated cultivation and processing

We design, build and operate algae farms — producing EPA-Rich Crude Algae Oil and protein rich defatted biomass at scale.

  • PMAC System — Premium Microalgae Cultivation System.
  • Automated, modular, and scalable cultivation system.
  • Microalgae cultivated in outdoor raceway ponds, using continuously recycled seawater.
  • Harvested through an integrated pump and pipe system into the Processing Hub, where biomass is dewatered, desalinated, pasteurised, and concentrated.
  • Processing extracts high-value oils, proteins, and bioactive fractions.
  • Powered by our Ignition Operating System, providing real-time visibility, improved operator decision-making, and optimised asset management.
